Biography
“As far back as I can remember I was always drawn to the music of the big bands and jazz standards. Perhaps I can blame my parents for that, as I had the urge to cherry pick through their modest record collection containing the likes of Benny Goodman, Tommy & Jimmy Dorsey, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and my personal favorite, Glenn Miller. I found myself gravitating to the beautiful music of, Gershwin, Porter, Berlin, Jerome Kern, Rodgers & Hart et al. In short, I fell in love with the “American Popular Songbook” and have been singing those wonderful songs ever since”. “It is my sincere wish to keep this music alive, by offering my services to those venues that want something classy and elegant for their clientele.
